E-Spa hot water generators are designed to work in a closed circuit or open circuit depending on the water specifications or process temperature.
In the closed pressurized system, the water temperatures can be taken to 140°C whereas in an open circuit maximum temperature attainable is 90°C.
A closed system is also employed when hard water is used even though the temperature requirements are less than 90°C.
This unit is helical coil 3 pass design, forced circulation, and externally pressurized operating on Gas, light / heavy Oil, or solid fuels. Efficiencies up to 92 percent on NCV are possible consistently. Hot water remains in the liquid phase therefore it is outside the purview of the inspectorate of Boilers. Water as media for heating is safest for indirect process heating.
Shell and Tube Type
The advantages of large water hold up in the shell and smoke in the tube is utilized to make this product extremely versatile for fluctuating loads and peak demands.
Efficiency up to 94 percent is possible in these types of units.
The horizontally fired burner is either mono-bloc or dual-bloc depending on the model sizes.
