E-Steam is a once through steam boiler, operating on the reverse flame technology which ensures total combustion. Maximum heat absorption is possible in the closely wound helical membrane coil. The coil is enclosed in castable refractory from bottom and top. This helps in re-radiating heat to the fuel that is being burnt in the furnace.

 

Large furnace volume upto 70% higher than competition, is provided for heavy oils. User-friendly control panel with audiovisual alarm is reliable and simple to operate. Economiser and heat optimizer are standard for de-aeration and maintaining right temperature of feed water to pump. The outer skin of the boiler is kept cool by air jacketing which is ultimately used for combustion. Thermal fibre insulation is provided on the outer casing. The exterior surface is finished with heat resistant paint for aesthetic appearance.
