E-Therm hot oil heaters are working in a closed loop with the process equipment. These heaters can work at low pressures to a temperature of 300°C and are more efficient than steam boilers where condensate recovery is not practical. The combustion is three passes and the flue gas exit temp can be brought as low as 10°C below thermic fluid outlet temp.

 

An integral air preheater ensures high overall efficiency. Combined deaerator cum expansion tank mounted in the process return piping ensures the stability of the oil is maintained by proper venting of lighter fractions and at the same time preventing contact of oxygen with high-temperature thermic fluid.

 

The coil is closely wound with multiple starts to reduce the pumping pressure loss. The hot oil circulating pump is designed to deliver hot oil at a head pressure of 2 to 3 kg/cm2 for a distance of about 100 mtrs without adverse effects on performance. Models above 4 Lac Kcal heat output are provided with step-less modulation from 35% to 100%.

 

The unit is provided with a fully prewired, powder-coated easy to operate control panel with electronic burner programmer, audio-visual alarms, interlocks and safeties.
